These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players, visitors, and any person accessing the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ey447 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and withdrawal PIN. ey447 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ey447 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
ey447 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.
All financial transactions on the ey447 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ey447 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ey447 does not accept cash deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. ey447 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. ey447 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
Anti-Money Laundering: ey447 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. ey447 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
ey447 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All Games available on the ey447 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each Game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules shall govern with respect to the specific Game.

The ey447 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ey447. You may not use any ey447 trademark, trade name, or logo without the prior written permission of ey447.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ey447, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Game.
ey447's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ey447 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. ey447 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
ey447 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for cause, ey447 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any Cash Balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than cause, any verified Cash Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ey447 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.
ey447 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ey447 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ey447 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ey447 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
ey447 operates in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by ey447 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
ey447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ey447 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date shall supersede all prior versions. ey447 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
